The purpose of this blog is to view my experience as a caregiver for my wife who now has advanced Alzheimer’s.  My great hope is that others can learn from my processing of this experience for more than 12 years.  Much has happened and I still have not made sense of many of the events of this experience.  Still there is much to be discussed.  Your response is welcome on this site as well.  While it is undeniable that Alzheimer’s and the other dementias are hugely variable; no one is the same, but we can continue to learn from each other.
